Rose Hill Plantation has two distinct neighborhoods each one unique in its amenities and architectural style. The "Estate Side" offers larger lots and a large equestrian center managed by jockey Eddy Maples. This amenity offers riding trails, polo fields, stabbles and paddocks. In addition to the equestrian center residents can enjoy the swimming pools, tennis courts, meeting center, and boat ramp with dock. The "Golf Course" or "Country Club" side enjoys the use of a 27 hole golf course recently rennovated and opening in September 2008. Homes start in the $200's and go upwards into the $600's and above.
